Philadelphia Housing Authority Receives Second Highest S&P Grade

The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) was issued an “AA-“rating (ICR) from Standard and Poor’s (S&P) Rating Services due to its strong overall management and strategic plan. This is the second highest rating issued by S&P and the highest rating issued to date to a housing authority. Ratings in the “AA” category are considered high investment grades.
